Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible items, all sales are final except as outlined below.
Final Sale Items
- All purchases are non‑refundable and non‑returnable once completed.
- This includes, but is not limited to, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, collectibles, and accessories.
Exceptions: Damaged or Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement only if an item is:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Lost in transit by the carrier.
To qualify for an exception:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items).
- Proof of damage or loss is required (photos of damaged items and packaging, or carrier tracking information).
- Items must not show signs of use, alteration, or mishandling after delivery.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- A refund to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error or damage was caused during transit.
Non‑Eligible Situations
Refunds or returns will not be granted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Opened or used items (unless damaged in transit)
- Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with manufacturer packaging
- Condition disputes for items sold “as is” or clearly described prior to purchase
