Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible items, all sales are final except as outlined below.

Final Sale Items

  • All purchases are non‑refundable and non‑returnable once completed.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, collectibles, and accessories.

Exceptions: Damaged or Lost in Transit

We will issue a refund or replacement only if an item is:

  • Damaged during shipping, or
  • Lost in transit by the carrier.

To qualify for an exception:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items).
  2. Proof of damage or loss is required (photos of damaged items and packaging, or carrier tracking information).
  3. Items must not show signs of use, alteration, or mishandling after delivery.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • A refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error or damage was caused during transit.

Non‑Eligible Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Opened or used items (unless damaged in transit)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with manufacturer packaging
  • Condition disputes for items sold “as is” or clearly described prior to purchase
